1. Introduction / Giới thiệu

These Terms govern your use of Career Navigator (“the App”), published by Vision Studio. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Điều khoản này điều chỉnh việc sử dụng Career Navigator do Vision Studio phát hành. Việc tải hoặc dùng app nghĩa là bạn đồng ý Điều khoản và Chính sách bảo mật.

2. The service / Dịch vụ

Career Navigator provides structured career context (phase, domains, timing windows, opportunity fit). Astrology is a context layer. Scores are relative activation, not probabilities of hiring, firing, or income. The App must not be read as “you will lose your job” or “resign on date X”.
Career Navigator cung cấp ngữ cảnh sự nghiệp có cấu trúc. Chiêm tinh là lớp ngữ cảnh. Điểm số là mức kích hoạt tương đối, không phải xác suất được tuyển, bị sa thải hay thu nhập. Không đọc app như “bạn sẽ mất việc” hay “nghỉ việc vào ngày X”.

3. Eligibility / Điều kiện sử dụng

You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required where you live, and able to form a binding contract.
Bạn phải đủ ít nhất 13 tuổi, hoặc độ tuổi tối thiểu cao hơn nơi bạn sống, và có năng lực giao kết hợp đồng.

4. Accounts / Tài khoản

Sign-in uses Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for the device and account you use. Do not share your login. We may suspend access that appears abusive or fraudulent.
Đăng nhập qua Firebase Authentication. Bạn chịu trách nhiệm thiết bị và tài khoản. Không chia sẻ đăng nhập. Chúng tôi có thể tạm khoá truy cập có dấu hiệu lạm dụng hoặc gian lận.

5. Purchases / Mua hàng

Optional paid features are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play and reconciled with RevenueCat. Prices, renewal, and refunds follow the store’s rules. Delete the app if you do not want local data; that does not automatically cancel a subscription — manage that in the store account.
Tính năng trả phí bán qua App Store / Play Store và đối soát qua RevenueCat. Giá, gia hạn, hoàn tiền theo quy định cửa hàng. Xoá app không tự huỷ gói — hãy quản lý trong tài khoản store.

6. Acceptable use / Sử dụng hợp lệ

• Use the App only for lawful, personal, non-automated purposes.
• Do not probe, scrape, or overload the compute API; do not bypass premium checks.
• Do not submit other people’s birth data without a lawful basis.
• Do not present App output as certified professional advice.

Chỉ dùng cho mục đích hợp pháp, cá nhân, không tự động hoá. Không dò quét API, không vượt kiểm tra Premium, không gửi dữ liệu sinh của người khác khi không có cơ sở hợp pháp, không trình bày kết quả như tư vấn chuyên môn được chứng nhận.

7. Intellectual property / Sở hữu trí tuệ

The App, dictionaries, methodologies, visual design, and trademarks belong to Vision Studio or its licensors. You may keep results computed for your personal use. You may not copy the service, reverse engineer it except where law allows, or republish the dictionary as your own product.
Ứng dụng, từ điển, phương pháp, thiết kế và nhãn hiệu thuộc Vision Studio hoặc bên cấp phép. Bạn được giữ kết quả cho nhu cầu cá nhân. Không sao chép dịch vụ, không dịch ngược (trừ khi luật cho phép), không tái xuất bản từ điển như sản phẩm của bạn.

8. Disclaimer / Miễn trừ

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS”. Charts, reports, and career context are for personal reflection only. They do not replace a licensed advisor. Vision Studio is not liable for decisions you make after reading the output, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
ỨNG DỤNG CUNG CẤP DẠNG “NGUYÊN TRẠNG”. Lá số, báo cáo và ngữ cảnh sự nghiệp chỉ để tự suy ngẫm, không thay thế chuyên gia có giấy phép. Trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép, Vision Studio không chịu trách nhiệm cho quyết định bạn đưa ra sau khi đọc kết quả.

9. Limitation of liability / Giới hạn trách nhiệm

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vision Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from use or inability to use the App.
Trong phạm vi tối đa pháp luật cho phép, Vision Studio không chịu trách nhiệm thiệt hại gián tiếp, ngẫu nhiên, đặc biệt, hệ quả, hoặc mất lợi nhuận phát sinh từ việc dùng hoặc không dùng được App.

10. Termination / Chấm dứt

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time via the account deletion request page (email billynguyenai@gmail.com). We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the product.
Bạn có thể ngừng dùng và xoá tài khoản bất kỳ lúc nào qua trang yêu cầu xoá tài khoản. Chúng tôi có thể tạm ngừng hoặc chấm dứt truy cập nếu bạn vi phạm Điều khoản hoặc khi ngừng sản phẩm.

11. Apple Standard EULA / EULA chuẩn của Apple

On iOS these Terms are in addition to the Apple Standard EULA. If they conflict for iOS use, the Apple Standard EULA prevails.
Trên iOS, Điều khoản này bổ sung cho EULA chuẩn của Apple. Nếu mâu thuẫn khi dùng trên iOS, EULA Apple được ưu tiên.

12. Changes / Thay đổi

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật Điều khoản. Tiếp tục sử dụng sau khi cập nhật nghĩa là bạn chấp nhận bản mới.
