This Privacy Policy applies only to Career Navigator, published by Vision Studio. It does not cover Nhà Phong Thuỷ, TutruAI, or other Vision Studio apps.
Chính sách này chỉ áp dụng cho Career Navigator do Vision Studio phát hành. Không áp dụng cho Nhà Phong Thuỷ, TutruAI, hoặc ứng dụng khác.

1. What the app does / Ứng dụng làm gì

Career Navigator provides career-context insights (phase, domains, windows, opportunity fit). Astrology is used as a context engine, not as a prediction of job loss, promotion, or success. Content is educational reference material, not professional career, HR, legal, or financial advice.
Career Navigator cung cấp ngữ cảnh sự nghiệp (giai đoạn, lĩnh vực, cửa sổ thời gian, độ phù hợp cơ hội). Chiêm tinh là lớp ngữ cảnh, không phải dự báo mất việc, thăng chức hay thành công. Nội dung mang tính tham khảo, không thay thế tư vấn nghề nghiệp, nhân sự, pháp lý hay tài chính.

2. Information we collect / Thông tin thu thập

• Account identifiers: Firebase user ID, and optionally email or sign-in provider data if you choose a signed-in account.
  Định danh tài khoản: Firebase UID, và email / nhà cung cấp đăng nhập nếu bạn chọn đăng nhập.
• Birth data you submit to compute a result: civil birth date and time, time zone, optional place coordinates, and gender when required for the calculation.
  Dữ liệu sinh bạn gửi để tính toán: ngày giờ dân sự, múi giờ, toạ độ nơi sinh (nếu có), và giới tính khi phép tính cần.
• Optional career inputs you type in the app, such as a career profile, job description text, or notes about an opportunity.
  Thông tin sự nghiệp bạn tự nhập: hồ sơ nghề nghiệp, mô tả công việc, ghi chú về một cơ hội.
• Derived career payloads stored on your device (profile, timeline, opportunity analysis).

• Purchase / entitlement status: App Store or Play Store purchase tokens processed by RevenueCat (for example whether a premium entitlement is active). We do not receive your full card number.

• Device and diagnostics: app version, OS, crash or performance logs, and IP address seen by the compute API for abuse control.

• Support messages if you email us.

You choose what optional data to provide. The app is not intended to collect photos, floorplans, contacts, or precise background location.
Bạn tự chọn dữ liệu không bắt buộc. Ứng dụng không nhằm thu thập ảnh, mặt bằng nhà, danh bạ, hoặc vị trí nền chính xác.

3. How we use it / Cách sử dụng

• Compute the requested chart, report, overlay, or career context and return it to the app.
• Verify that you are signed in (Firebase ID token) and whether a paid entitlement is active (RevenueCat).
• Prevent abuse, debug failures, and meet legal obligations.

Dùng để tính kết quả bạn yêu cầu, xác thực đăng nhập và quyền lợi trả phí, chống lạm dụng, sửa lỗi, và tuân thủ pháp luật.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use birth data or reports to train public generative models.
Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu cá nhân và không dùng ngày sinh hay báo cáo để huấn luyện mô hình sinh văn bản công khai.

4. Where data lives / Dữ liệu lưu ở đâu

The Career Navigator compute API is designed not to persist your charts, reports, birth records, quotas, or entitlements on our servers. After a request is computed, keep the result on your device if you want it later. Restarting the server does not delete your account.
API tính toán của Career Navigator không lưu lá số, báo cáo, hồ sơ sinh, hạn mức hay quyền lợi trên máy chủ. Nếu muốn xem lại, hãy giữ kết quả trên thiết bị. Restart server không xoá tài khoản.

Identity is held by Firebase Authentication on your chosen account. Purchases are held by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat. Local cache (charts, reports, settings) stays on the device until you delete the app data or the account.
Định danh do Firebase Auth giữ. Giao dịch do Apple, Google và RevenueCat giữ. Bộ nhớ đệm nằm trên máy cho đến khi bạn xoá dữ liệu app hoặc tài khoản.

5. Third parties / Bên thứ ba

• Firebase (Google) — authentication. Career Navigator uses Firebase project amazed-master-57792 (Amazed Master), separate from Nhà Phong Thuỷ.
• RevenueCat — in-app purchase status.
• Apple App Store / Google Play — billing.
• Hosting / CDN for this website and the compute API.

Those providers process data under their own policies. We do not grant premium from client-supplied CustomerInfo headers.
Các nhà cung cấp xử lý dữ liệu theo chính sách của họ. Chúng tôi không cấp Premium từ dữ liệu CustomerInfo do client tự gửi.

6. Retention and deletion / Lưu trữ và xoá

Because the server does not keep your charts or reports, a server “export” is empty by design. To delete your information:
Máy chủ không giữ lá số/báo cáo nên bản xuất từ server là rỗng. Để xoá dữ liệu:

• Delete the Firebase account in the app, or use the account deletion request page (email billynguyenai@gmail.com).
• Clear local app storage / uninstall the app.
• Sign out of RevenueCat / manage subscriptions in the App Store or Play Store.

Short-lived technical logs (for example IP-based rate limits) may remain briefly for security and then expire.
Nhật ký kỹ thuật ngắn hạn (ví dụ giới hạn tần suất theo IP) có thể tồn tại tạm để bảo mật rồi hết hạn.

7. Children’s privacy / Trẻ em

Career Navigator is not directed at children under 13 (or the higher minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Career Navigator không dành cho trẻ dưới 13 tuổi (hoặc độ tuổi tối thiểu cao hơn tại quốc gia bạn). Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ em.

8. Your rights / Quyền của bạn

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data we control, or object to processing. Contact billynguyen@visionstudio.one. To delete your account and associated data, use the account deletion request page (email billynguyenai@gmail.com). Account and purchase records held by Firebase, Apple, Google, or RevenueCat must also be handled through those services.
Tuỳ khu vực, bạn có thể yêu cầu truy cập, sửa, xoá, hạn chế hoặc phản đối xử lý dữ liệu chúng tôi kiểm soát. Ghi nhận tài khoản/mua hàng do Firebase, Apple, Google hoặc RevenueCat giữ cần xử lý qua các dịch vụ đó.

9. International processing / Xử lý xuyên biên giới

Compute and third-party services may run on servers outside your country, including the United States.
Máy chủ tính toán và bên thứ ba có thể đặt ngoài quốc gia bạn, kể cả Hoa Kỳ.

10. Changes / Thay đổi

We may update this page. The “Last updated” date will change. Material changes will be noted in the app when practical.
Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật trang này. Ngày “Cập nhật lần cuối” sẽ đổi. Thay đổi trọng yếu sẽ được thông báo trong app khi khả thi.
